Staff

All of our teachers come to our school as qualified teachers who have successfully undergone and passed a criminal background check. Our teachers have a minimum of 1,500 hours of experience prior to hire or a degree ranging from associates to masters. All teachers are required to complete a minimum of twelve hours of ongoing training to include Safe With You, CPR/First Aid Training, in addition to training through the state of Nebraska to include completion in a domain from the early learning guidelines.

Allison Acero-Owner

My name is Allison. My husband is Greg and we have two boys Barrett(8) and Beau(6) and one baby girl Bella(1). My children have been our reason in this adventure. We have always wanted to find the most perfect daycare where it feels like home and they want to be there and never leave. We want to provide you and your family with the daycare/preschool where you feel your kiddos are safe, learning, and being cared for just as if they were still at home with you! They are our reason! We will provide the best down to the very littlest things. We will have qualified staff, that have a passion for kids and you can see it on their faces and their interaction with the kids. We will have curriculum that the kids will love and learn from while having fun! This new adventure in my life is way off from my normal day job as an RN, but my kids are my life and I want there to be a place where you can bring your kids and not have to worry! We are putting together a fantastic team and can't wait for start this new center with the BEST!

My name is Brittany and my husband, Josh, and I have been married since 2015 and we have two amazing daughters, Paisleigh and Mila. Allison Acero & I have worked together for years to create one of the best, top quality childcare’s in our community. I come to work everyday excited to see these kids grow and learn in a safe, clean and nurturing environment that my staff and I have created. I love that Elite can teach your kids and our students an amazing curriculum that is fun and engaging for both the teacher and learner. We are here to simply be role models to your children to help boost self-esteem and raise strong, confident children as we prepare them for Kindergarten!
